Hatebreed is one of the names that you will hear on this site. This band is one of the most kick ass bands that I know of. One of  their best albums is "Rise of brutality"so go out and buy the cd damit!

Some of the most kick ass bands are Hatebreed, Mudvayne, Manson, Atrayu, Disturbed. Those are just a few that I like to listen to when the world has pissed me off. 

I also like underground bands. The bands that are trying to make it big. So I suggest "Throatshot" this band is cool as hell and also "Death by sterreo."
